This place is a top choice if you're visiting. the rooms are super clean and have a modern feel, and the staff are really patient and helpful at check-out. 😊 the room itself is amazing and spacious, plus it even comes with a hot tub for those relaxing evenings.

We had 2 good days here, couldn't recommend more the place. This hotel was well-kept with gentle staff at the check-out. The location was favourable, at a short distance from an archaeology museum. It also was to Cusco central plaza.

This place is centrally located in the San Blas area, and we appreciated the convenience of the double room with a king bed.

Our room was fantastic - always clean, with fresh towels and even a hot tub! We also had an extra bed and a TV 👌. the breakfast spread was good with lots of choices available.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the beautiful suite that we were assigned. the woodwork was exquisite and it added a touch of elegance to our holiday. the housekeeping staff also went the extra mile by arranging flowers in our room, which made it even more special. the breakfast served on the 5th floor provided us with a breathtaking view and the food was simple yet delicious.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the limited English spoken by some of the staff members. Communication was a bit challenging at times, but they still tried their best to assist us.
